Born and residing in Oakland, Rame got his name from childhood but his style is
surely up to date.  Rame always had friends involved in music but until he met
Lunacie, who took the time to show him some tricks of the trade, did he know he
wanted to make a career out of it.  Even as a kid, Rame use to sing at church &
anytime he felt he needed to escape from the hardships of growing up less
fortunate than others.  But his faith, friends, and family gave him the power and
strength to overcome such obstacles.  Like many other artists, Rame gained
influence from artists such as Stevie Wonder, Al Green, Bialal, but he also credits
his mom and dad a great deal for his and his twin brothers upbringing.  His style
reflects his personality as Rame portrays a powerful, painful, yet full of joy method.
His flows are powerful because he puts everything he’s got into each song, joyful
because of the turn his future has taken for the better, and painful because of
problems from the past.  But for now, Rame will use his past for inspiration and
his talent for the future.
